Narrative
The lifeboat crew was tasked to assist a distressed male at Newhaven harbour. The crew was requested to stand-off ready to provide assistance whilst a police negotiator spoke with the casualty.
After a short period the person was taken into care of the police and the lifeboat was stood down.
