Narrative

The lifeboat was training at Inchkeith when the crew was diverted to assist a pleasure boat with 6 person on board. The vessel was adrift and was heading to a tower of the Forth Road Bridge. The vessel had made a pan-pan call for assistance.

Whilst en-route, a local workboat located the vessel and took it under tow into Port Edgar. The lifeboat was stood down and returned to exercise.
