Narrative

The lifeboat was launched following a request for assistance from two kayakers in difficulty at Inchkeith. They had capsized but managed to get to the island.
Two crewmembers entered the water and got the two casualties to the lifeboat. The two were very cold and were returned to an ambulance at Kinghorn.

The lifeboat then relaunched to recover the kayaks from the island.
